About Me
I have always been passionate about an active lifestyle. From a young age, I participated in cross country, track, and swimming, which fueled my appreciation for physical fitness. As I grew older, my interest expanded into the science of human movement and the physiological adaptations that result from exercise—an area of study that continues to fascinate me. I am currently working on my master's in Exercise Science and am studying for my CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) exam.
In 2020, I discovered CrossFit and have been competing ever since, further deepening my understanding of athletic performance. As a personal trainer and coach, my greatest fulfillment comes from empowering individuals to reach their full potential—physically, mentally, and spiritually—helping them become the best version of themselves.
